Are You at Risk of Forcible Vaccination in California? YES. The California CARE Act: We Are Here from The Government to Help You, So What Could Possibly

It was not all that long ago that a woman who did not conform to other people's social construct of how a woman should be act could be involuntarily committed as "crazy." And the government would her "friends and family" enforce the social norms, often brutally, like the suffragettes who were forcibly "fed" when they went on hunger strikes (and don't get me started on how the Irish freedom fighters were treated).

Well, that can happen again, right here in California, but it won't be crazy women and the Irish. It will be the "anti-vaxxers." Well, the now-it's-the-unvaxxeds'-turn to be brutalized, by Governor Gruesom's new project, the CARE Act. Ever notice how government-speak makes things sound so "safe and effective"? The CARE Act is more of the same. Sounds wonderful, but it can still be used as a weapon of oppression, a way to let SOMEONE ELSE decide what's best for you, without any consequences to that SOMEONE ELSE if SOMEONE ELSE guesses wrong. There's a bumper-sticker that expresses many feelings about this kind of 'we're here from the government to help you" program: "God, protect me from the people who know what's best for me." For an example, just look how Lyndon Johnson's "Great Society" program ended up damaging intact black families and depriving wives and children of husbands and fathers? Great name, terrible consequences -- brought to the black community by people in the government who claimed to know what was best for them. (I suspect that some of those government people actually intended the evil consequences.) So, now, in 2023, here's how your friendly State government describes Newsom's new program: "The California CARE Act "creates a new pathway to deliver mental health and substance use disorder services to the most severely impaired Californians who too often suffer in homelessness or incarceration without treatment."

Translation: that new "pathway" is the court cases that will let the people who know what's best for you drag you into court and try to get a judge to ORDER you into whatever kind of treatment other people have decided you need. Now, with the desire of many uninformed people to forcibly vaccinate others, just imagine what will happen. It will be like the Florida law that STILL allows the forcible injection of people against their will. Which DeSantis STILL has done nothing to rid Florida. Instead, he very publicly announced a Grand Jury to investigate the vaccines. Huh? There is no need for a Grand Jury. All he has to do is READ all the information that doctors an scientists have been compiling and listen to the testimony that Senator Ron Johnson has been collecting and just outlaw any more vaccinations. A Grand Jury is just "grandstanding," playing to the crowd so the evildoers can say, "Trump BAD, he did Warp Speed, DeSantis GOOD, he did Grand Jury" and stay in power whether the Repucrats or Demicans win. But back to our problem in California, Gruesom Nuisance and his Creepy CARE Act. During 2020 and 2021, I saw how the COVID brainwashing caused one parent or another, or sometimes a grandparent or family friend, to take children into vaccination clinics without parents' permission -- "For the good of the children." Now people will be legally able to do the same thing to adults -- unless enough people send in critical comments. That's right -- when you refuse to get the next generation of vaccination -- and more are planned for the next 6 years at least (see Gruesome Nuisance's "SMART Plan: https://covid19.ca.gov/smarter/) -- some helpful people will decide you are mentally ill for believing all the disinformation -- but not just if YOU won't get vaccinated. What if you refuse to vaccinate your child, and someone disagrees with that? Well, YOU must be mentally ill! So a VERY important critique you can make is that, in the absence of a specific and serious mental illness that actually affects cognition, people with a point of view that others disagree with can be rounded up and held against their will -- oh, and since you're too crazy to get vaccinated, they'll have to vaccinate you by force before they can hospitalize you. Think that can't happen? It already happened to a friend of mine up in Merced. It was before the CARE Act took effect, so the people who didn't like his anti-vaxx stance just used the Health & Safety 5051 method to have him held against his will for 72 hours. And, of course, the hospital couldn't hold him unless it vaccinated him.

The evil California regime, like the evil witch in Snow White, knows how to disguise the lurking deadly consequences with a pretty apple. Want to see the pretty apple? Here it is in the PR: "The CARE Act moves care and support upstream, [huh?] providing the most vulnerable Californians with access to critical behavioral health services, housing and support." Vaccinations "support" your immune system, right? It all sounds plausible, doesn't it? " CARE recognizes that to serve those with the most complex behavioral health conditions," [translation: "complex" means "not obvious" -- it's just not obvious to the evil authorities WHY you have vaccine "hesitancy" ] we must do the hard work of prioritizing those who need help the most, [translation: people whose mental condition put others at risk must be incarcerated first -- forget the homeless and drug-addicted long-time street residents ] providing a comprehensive CARE plan that honors self-determination to the greatest extent possible, [translation: if your sself-determination includes not being vaccinated, that's an extent too far for the State to honor] and holding ourselves accountable to delivering services [want to bet that services to the unwillingly incarcerated for their own good include vaxxes?]and housing that are key to long term stability and recovery."

Notice that the only "accountability" in this new law is to provide the services, unwanted or not, and that there is no accountability for any unwelcome consequences -- like the side effects of the vaccinations. Here is the rest of the witch's apple, which now is beginning to look a little wormy: "The CARE Act requires the California Judicial Council to develop a petition form and any other forms necessary for the court process, as well as rules of court to implement the Act’s procedural provisions." [That's the dragged into court part, and I can assure you that you will not enjoy it.]

PLEASE, PLEASE, share this and ask people to make lots of comments -- and to be aware that now EVERYONE is at risk of forcible vaccination in California. Now it's not just the police 5150'ing people -- it can be your not-yet-awake friends and relatives, co-workers, enemies, anyone.
